Returns

If for some reason your SACCO order is faulty or incorrect, you can send it to ‘Fulfilmentcrowd, Unit C, Matrix Park, Western Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NB, UK’.

Please ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information).

All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked.

Once your order is back with Fulfilment Crowd, a refund will be issued. We will reimburse the postage of the returned item if it is faulty or has been packed incorrectly.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days. Exchanges At SACCO, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in its original state received on receipt, new unworn, hang tags and labels attached and in its original packing.

We cannot cover the cost of postage, and please ensure you obtain proof of postage. For European and International exchanges, please ensure you use a traceable service and keep hold of the tracking number. We will process the exchange within 10 working days from receipt of the returned parcel. Exchanges are dependent on availability in stock. As a small sustainable business, we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock. But we will send your replacement size within 4 - 6 weeks. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size
